Jewelry care Instructions

Each piece is created with my own two hands and like any other art piece should be handled with care and consideration. Such as keeping it away from water and chemicals as it can discolor or erode the stone. Tarnish is a natural chemical reaction that happens with all silver over time, so polishing when necessary.

I mostly use natural stones in my jewelry unless otherwise noted as stabilized. Stabilization is a process that some Turquoise undergoes to provide more structure and increase hardness of the stone by adding epoxy through pressure.

Return Policy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure you are ordering a piece correct to your measurements. I do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or mistaken ring size. If something happens to the piece and the fault is mine due to something during creation, I will happily exchange your piece and fix the problem. If you are completely unhappy with your piece you may contact me and we can try and figure something out. No returns on pottery. 

Shipping Information 

I use priority mail USPS which includes tracking and insurance. Shipping usually takes 3-5 days after I send it out, pottery may take longer as well as international orders. Shipping may be delayed due to COVID-19 for which I have no control over. After purchasing you can expect your items to be sent out for shipping in 2-5 business days.
